Refund Policy

Because Raw Prank delivers AI generations instantly and consumes compute credits the moment you generate, we generally don't refund used credits. However, we want you to be happy:

• If a subscription was charged by mistake and you haven't used any credits, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
• If a generation failed due to a server error and credits were not auto-restored, contact support and we will credit you back.
• Chargebacks before contacting support may result in account suspension.
